Bifrostsigning A/S Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bifrostsigning A/S's web-based software as a service, referred to as "Bifrostsigning" or "the Service." Bifrostsigning A/S, registered at Klamsagervej 35, 8230 Aabyhøj, Denmark, with company registration number CVR 31274486, is the provider of Bifrostsigning. By accessing or using Bifrostsigning, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use Bifrostsigning.
1. Description of Bifrostsigning
Bifrostsigning is a web-based software as a service (SaaS) that allows users to sign up, store documents, and sign documents digitally.
2. User Responsibility
2.1. Account Registration: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. Data and Document Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the documents you store and sign using Bifrostsigning.
2.3. Compliance with Applicable Laws: You must use Bifrostsigning in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Bifrostsigning will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. You agree that any legal action brought against Bifrostsigning A/S will be governed by Danish law.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that your use of Bifrostsigning is at your own risk. Bifrostsigning A/S provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bifrostsigning A/S makes no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy of Bifrostsigning for any purpose. Bifrostsigning A/S disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bifrostsigning A/S, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from (i) your use or inability to use Bifrostsigning, (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Bifrostsigning, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar that may be transmitted to or through Bifrostsigning by any third party, (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via Bifrostsigning, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Bifrostsigning A/S is advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Changes to Terms
Bifrostsigning A/S reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of Bifrostsigning after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
